Terms of sale.

These terms apply when you buy one of Linda Wolf’s paintings, whether you first write to her through this website, by email or on WhatsApp. They are short, and we hope they are clear. If anything is not, please write to info@lindawolf.store and we will explain.

Artistic Answers (Pty) Ltd (“we”, “us”), a private company registered in South Africa, sells the paintings on this website.

Every painting is an original in oil on canvas, and the only one of its kind. Each painting’s page shows its size in centimetres (width × height), its year and its price, with photographs of the painting itself.

Paintings ship unframed. If you would like yours framed, Linda arranges it on request.

Where a painting appears in a room, the room is a visualisation, and we label it as one.

Prices are in South African rand, and each available painting shows its price. Artistic Answers (Pty) Ltd is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added.

To buy a painting, send Linda an enquiry from the painting’s page, or write to info@lindawolf.store. She replies within two working days, by email or WhatsApp.

An enquiry does not reserve a painting. If you decide to buy, an invoice follows from Artistic Answers (Pty) Ltd, and your payment in full secures the painting.

If a painting is no longer available when your payment reaches us, we tell you straight away and refund your payment in full within 30 days.

You pay the invoice in full by EFT, to the bank account it names, before delivery or collection.

If you ever receive a message saying that our bank details have changed, please call 072 152 6246 to check before you pay.

Your invoice and our emails or messages are the record of your purchase, so please keep them. If you need a copy later, write to us and we will send one.

Delivery is within South Africa. Each delivery is quoted personally, and the quote sets out crating, insurance and any other costs before you pay.

Once the invoice is paid, Linda dispatches the painting within five working days and sends you the courier’s tracking details. Working days are Monday to Friday, except South African public holidays.

You are welcome to collect your painting in Constantia, Cape Town, at no charge. Linda arranges the time with you. Collection from the studio in Pearly Beach can also be arranged.

Within seven days of receiving a finished painting, whether we deliver it or you collect it, you may return it for a full refund, without giving a reason. Tell us in writing, by email or WhatsApp, within those seven days. You pay only the direct cost of sending it back, well packed, and within 30 days of your message we refund the price and any delivery charge you paid.

If you would like to see a painting in person before you buy, Linda can arrange a viewing.

If anything is wrong when your painting arrives, please tell Linda straight away, with a photograph, and keep the packaging.

Each commission is quoted per project, and the payment terms are set out in writing with the proposal. Linda shares the painting’s progress by email or WhatsApp, and you pay for the finished painting in full before delivery or collection.

Linda offers colour consulting and murals in the Overberg: Pearly Beach, Gansbaai, Stanford, Hermanus and the towns around them.

A colour consultation is generally in person, and Linda quotes each one per project.

Each mural is quoted per project, after a site visit. The quote includes paint and labour.

A commission follows your own brief, so the seven-day return does not apply to it. It becomes final once work begins, except where the law gives you a right we cannot exclude. Buying a painting gives you the painting itself. It does not include the right to reproduce it, for example as prints or in a publication, so please ask us first if you would like to.

We use your details only for your enquiry and your purchase. The privacy notice explains how we look after them.

The law of South Africa governs these terms. Nothing in them takes away a right that the law gives you, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.

Artistic Answers (Pty) Ltd does not subscribe to any industry code of conduct.
